A security deposit of EUR 300 is required after booking and before arrival for incidentals. The owner will contact you direct to organise this. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. If the deposit is not paid, the owner may cancel the reservation.
Cheques are an accepted method of payment.
A EUR 11 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. Please inform Easy Studio Vieux Port in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
